Amanda Godward

Owner

Amanda founded Ecotelligent Homes in 2009 to apply her engineering knowledge to her passion of environmental stewardship. She left her mechanical engineering position in the automotive industry for entrepreneurship and hasn’t looked back since growing Ecotelligent Homes from a home based part time hobby to an award winning home performance company with a talented staff. Amanda is a proud graduate of Kettering University and a licensed builder in the State of Michigan. Her desire to promote the energy efficiency industry extends beyond Ecotelligent Homes, as she is a member of the Michigan Energy Efficiency Contractors Association (MEECA) and a board member of Michigan Saves. Her favorite part of the job is when she gets to be out in the field either interfacing with a new customer to help them improve their comfort and enjoy their home, or working along side her dedicated crew because its energizing to see others take so much pride in the work they do and watch them grow in the trade she trained them in.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys organic gardening and hosting parties to share healthy meals with family and friends.

Andra Androsian

Office Manager

As our Office Manager, Andra is involved with every customer & project that crosses our path. Her day to day responsibilities include energy consultant scheduling, accounting, payroll, HR & social media marketing. Working for Ecotelligent Homes has broadened her knowledge in energy efficiency, building envelopes, insulation products and installation procedures. In her free time, she likes working on home renovation projects and camping up north with her husband and 3 kids.

Ann Zaleski

Install Coordinator

As our Install Coordinator, Ann is responsible for scheduling projects as well as being the go-to person for customer satisfaction and rebate processing. She has a background in property management and construction project coordination. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and pets.

Brandon Richardson

Energy Consultant

Brandon has a background in home remodeling and customer service. His favorite thing about working for Ecotelligent Homes is the friendly atmosphere and our commitment to sustainability and the environment. In his free time, Brandon likes to go hiking, camping, fishing and exploring the outdoors with his wife and son.

Jeremy Kenward

Energy Auditor

Jeremy has over 11 years of experience in the home energy efficiency industry. His favorite thing about working for Ecotelligent Homes has been finding all the unique opportunities to make people's homes more comfortable and enjoyable to be in, while also shrinking their ecological footprint. Outside of work he enjoys spending time exploring Michigan's woods and waters, gardening, and enjoying the company of his loved ones (especially his two daughters).

William Francis

Abatement Supervisor

William is our Abatement Supervisor. He has a background in waterproofing and foundation repair. He likes working at Ecotelligent Homes because of the fun and friendly atmosphere and hard-working employees. Outside of work, he likes going to the gym, gardening and spending time with his girlfriend and his dog.

Wayne is a level 3 cellulose insulation installer. He enjoys working for Ecotelligent Homes because each day is something different. In his free time he likes sightseeing and traveling.

Andrew is our Spray Foam Insulation Supervisor. Andrew enjoys working for Ecotelligent Homes because each day is different - providing new opportunities to learn. In his free time he enjoys hanging out with his fiance and family.

Cellulose Insulation Supervisor

Josh is our Cellulose Insulation Supervisor. As a valued member of our team at Ecotelligent Homes, Josh enjoys meeting homeowners and solving their unique comfort issues. Outside of work, he likes spending time with his wife, hiking and traveling.
