Ecotelligent Featured in WXYZ Detroit Story on Job Retention

Ecotelligent Homes was honored to be included in WXYZ Detroit’s story on the increase in job hopping. The idea of job hopping to increase wages and gain better titles has increased in recent years. While this is beneficial for those job hopping, it can be a hardship for employers. Over the past two years, Ecotelligent Homes has participated in programs through Oakland County to provide employees with additional training, certification and benefits. These programs, paired with our strong focus on teamwork have helped us to retain employees and add new members to our team.
